Despatch - Due to ongoing strikes and delays, we are limited to days in which we can drop orders.

All standard UK postage is sent 2nd class and estimates at 3-4 working days with Royal Mail. (Please allow extra time during busy periods and strikes)

Postal upgrades are available at checkout.


International shipping and estimated postage times.

Standard international postage has no tracking, if you require tracking an upgrade option is available.

Due to UK Mail strikes some delays may be experienced especially with orders to Canada and the US. Please allow up to 6 weeks in some cases. We advise the tracking option for those orders.

Once we have packed and despatched your orders, we can not be held accountable for any delays due to postal service logistical services.

If standard postage is selected at checkout, your order will not be available as tracked. If you require tracked, please choose postage update at checkout.

Please note all EU orders will be subject to import VAT from 1st July ‘21 and will be payable by the customer upon arriving at the country of import 


Despatch times
 - the first working day begins the first full working day after an order is placed. (Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays)

All garments and tote bags are hand printed in house so please allow a little extra time on these during busy periods.

(Please allow extended despatch times over seasonal periods such as Halloween and Christmas)

If a multiple product order is placed, all items will be shipped together. This will go off the longest despatch time item.

Art prints and greetings cards 5-7 working days (please allow extended times during seasonal periods due to high demand.)

Pin badges 5-7working days

Mugs/Drinkware 5-7 working days

Sunglasses Pre order  10-20 working days from pre order end 

Phone Cases 5-7 working days

Tote Bags 15 working days

Blankets 7-10 working days

Hoodies/Tees made to order/times vary. Check product description. Average of 28 working days (day 1 is the next working day after order is placed). Blank garments are ordered every Monday. Please note that despatch times may vary during busy periods.

Tank Tops all tanks are made to order. Tanks can take up to 30 working days. There have been some delays due to supplier chain.

Please note that all clothing is made to order and size specific. Please always refer to our sizing info before placing an order.

Pre-ordered apparel is 28 working days from end of pre order

Swimwear please allow 20 working days

Tea Towels 7-10 working days

Beach Towels 5-7 working days

Mystery Boxes 7-10 working days

Returns and exchanges

If you have received damaged items, please contact us straight away with your order number and photographic evidence of any damage.

Apparel Returns - as all items of clothing are made to order (size specific) we can not accept returns or exchanges on these.

Pre Ordered Products - Pre ordered items are printed/manufactured by a third party. All orders placed by the end of pre order dates are then placed on order with the manufacturer and paid for by You're So Cool.

Due to this, any order cancellations once pre order has ended will not be refunded in full.

Refunds can be offered minus the cost of the item paid by You’re So Cool.


No refunds will be given until items have been returned or proof of damage has been submitted

.Lost orders and delayed orders - we can not be held responsible for any delays due to Mail Strikes or postal delays. Please allow and extended time period for your items to arrive. If your items do not arrive at all, please allow us time to file your case with our local mail provider in order to receive the cost of items and postage back.

5 weeks is the longest we allow for reporting of lost or damaged items.
